Liberia's President, George Weah expected in Ghana Today Liberia's President, George Weah is expected in Ghana for a two day state visit. The Liberian leader with delegation has already visited Abidjan and arrives in Accra today. While in Accra, President Weah is expected to meet President Nana Ado-Dankwa Akufo-Addo to discuss ways to strengthen the bilateral relations that exist between the two countries. President Weah is also expected to use his visits to explore avenues for investments in an effort to enhance trade between Liberia and Ghana. The two leaders will also discuss issues concerning the promotion of peace within the ECOWAS region as well as cross-border security issues affecting Liberia, Cote d'Ivoire and Ghana. He will be accompanied by his Minister for finance, Mr. Samuel D. Tweah, Minister of Internal Affairs, Varney Sirleaf, Minister of Information, Eugene Nagbe and Minister for Transport among others.
