Conference on Funding Public Universities in Africa is underway at UG

A conference on Funding Public Universities in Africa is underway at the University of Ghana. 
 
While the Vice-Chancellors of Ghana are asking government to commit to paying the 70 percent funding as agreed in an Accord at Akosombo, government is in turn, asking Public Universities to change the mindset of receiving, and focus on outputs of what they chum out.
