Ghana, China Sign Agreement To Construct Fishing Port Complex In Jamestown Ghana and China have signed an agreement for the construction of the Jamestown fishing port complex. The 50-million-dollar project is expected to commence this year (2018). At the signing ceremony in Accra, the Minister of Finance, Ken Ofori-Atta, said the complex when completed will enhance the productivity of the fisher folk and create about one thousand job opportunities for the youth in the community.
