UN Boss calls for thorough investigation into  chemical weapons use in Syria

The UN Secretary-General António Guterres says the situation in the Middle East is in such chaos that it has become a threat to international peace and security. 

Speaking to the Security Council, Guterres 
called for a thorough investigation into the use of chemical weapons in Syria. 

"Their use is abhorrent and a clear violation of international law." UN chief
