Gov't to establish Technical, Vocational Education to curb unemployment

Government is to establish 20 state of the art Technical and Vocational Education Training (TVET) Centres across the country, to help curb the unemployment situation bedeviling the nation.

The Minister of Education, Dr.Matthew Opoku Prempeh in a speech at the launch of the Ghana Skills Development Initiative in Koforidua, noted that Technical and Vocational Education remains a priority of government.

To this end, all the necessary measures are being put in place to make it a success.
