Ejisuman SHS sex scandal: Terminate appointment of teachers found culpable - Council of PTAs

The President of the National Council of Parent and Teacher Associations (PTAs), Alexander Yaw Danso, is calling on the Ghana Education Service (GES) to as a matter of urgency terminate the appointment of teachers or Head teachers who are found culpable in sexual misconduct with students.  

Speaking to Radio Ghana’s Cynthia Boateng, Mr. Danso said such teachers have no moral right to teach in any school in the country because they could end up destroying the moral fibre of students. 

Mr. Danso, urged students to be bold to report any case of harassment to their school PTA chairman or any appropriate office they can trust to take the needed action.
